Le Centenarie, Molino Sima's line of flours for home use, presents two new products. The first is the launch of a new KAMUT® flour that extends the range of organic flours of Italian origin, designed for home use to prepare and cook bread, pizza, fresh pasta, cakes and more at home. KAMUT® khorasan wheat has unique characteristics that are increasingly appreciated: high digestibility, assimilability and tolerability even for those people who manifest hypersensitivity to wheat.
The ATM format
The other innovation is Modified Atmosphere Packaging (ATM) in 1 kg packages. Compared to traditional paper bags, this innovative technology not only allows product preservation for a longer period, 18 months, but also manages to better ensure that the appearance and flavor of the food remains unaltered and resistant to, for example, outside temperature changes.
The Gluten Free Centennials
ATM packaging is now available for both organic and gluten free Centenary flours (500 g), stone-ground dedicated to those who want to experiment with new flavors as well as those with special dietary needs.
