Molino Sima will be one of the Italian protagonists at Anuga 2023, the international b2b trade fair dedicated to food&beverage, to be held in Cologne, Germany, from Oct. 7 to 11.
A new pizza flour
The great showcase offered by Anuga will be an opportunity to present a new organic wheat flour for pizza, available for both professional and domestic use. “The product that symbolizes made-in-Italy food,” explains Caterina Callegari of Molino Sima's foreign office, ”deserves an important flour designed and processed specifically for kneading and preparing traditional dough pizza.
